Fees and Services
Here at the Coyote Creek Ranch we are reasonably priced. Those of us who love our horses as partners and companions should not have to feel a financial burden to maintain that relationship. Thus, our board and care rates reflect our sincere desire to provide quality care and service for your horse(s) at an affordable price.
12' x 12' Matted Stall with Oversized Paddock = call for current rates
Pastures with feeders and covers
Twice daily feeding of Orchard Grass and or Alfalfa. Your Choice
Daily cleaning of Barn stalls with shavings
Any special feeding requirements are on an individual basis
Special care considerations are on an individual basis
Blanketing and un-blanketing is priced on an individual basis

PLEASANTS VALLEY RIDING ARENA
Located directly next door to us with direct gate access from our property is over 100 acres of scenic riding trails with gorgeous views of the valley and of the surrounding hillsides owned and operated by the “ Pleasants Valley Riding Arena” known as “PVRA”. The PVRA does require a usage fee for those of you who may wish to obtain an individual or a family *unlimited usage* Riding Membership with them.
For more information on the PVRA Riding Membership program, and on the many events, clinics, buckle series and play days that are held there see their schedule for 2006 by clicking on the photo image LINK provided below and a new window will open to access their website. Their site may say closed during the winter however their huge indoor arena is almost complete and events will be scheduled, trails are still available.

LAGOON VALLEY LAKE & PENA ADOBE PARK
Located just 8 miles from the Coyote Creek Ranch, you may also ride on over 500 acres of parkland trails surrounding the LagoonValleyLake at PenaAdobePark for just $3.00 per day. It's a straight shot down Pleasants Valley Rd. and then one simple left turn onto Pena Adobe Rd. to arrive at the park entrance, providing VERY EZ access to & from the ranch.They have all levels of trails including easy going for those of you who wish to enjoy a picnic overlooking the lake.
